Important Update Regarding MEARIE Training Programs

Executive & Professional Training: With the relaxing of provincial COVID-19 guidelines, MEARIE Training is returning to its original 2022 schedule for both in-person and virtual training sessions. Please refer to the Executive & Profession Training page for the latest course schedule. 


Trades & Technical Training: Hydro One has resumed training programs at its facilities. Please refer to the Trades & Technical Training page for the latest course schedule.


Updates will be provided as the situation evolves. Please refer to our Training home page for the latest news on course offerings or COVID protocols.

MEARIE Training Programs Vaccination Policy

To ensure the health and safety for all training program participants, The MEARIE Group is implementing a mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for all Training Programs. This policy will require all training course participants at both the Novotel and Hydro One training facilities to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Starting November 1, only individuals fully vaccinated for COVID-19 will be able to attend in-class training sessions. In addition, participants must abide by any and all site-specific COVID protocols and health and safety procedures. Failure to comply with any of these protocols may result in the removal of the participant from the session. In such situations, refunds will not be provided.
