Day 1 kicked off with a Pre-Conference Workshop, followed by the Conference Kick-Off Evening, featuring food stations and and networking opportunities.

Day 2 began with a Keynote Presentation by Melanie Sodka, followed by Stream Sessions on HR, Leadership, and Risk Management. The day concluded with the Annual Golf Tournament, followed by a Lakeside Reception & Dinner.

Human behavior expert Melanie Sodka is dedicated to understanding burnout and supporting those who experience it.

During this session, attendees experienced a new level of self-awareness around topics such as the realities of multitasking, burnout prevention, and contributing to an environment of ‘sustainable ambition’. The content focused on supporting teams in reaching company goals in a sustainable way.

Melanie facilitated inspiring learning moments through examples and powerful storytelling, allowing participants to leave with actionable resources and new ideas to help manage their capacity for increased productivity.
