Alfredo Tan is a world renowned disruption, innovation, and business futurist. He is currently the SVP of Strategy and Data for Rogers Sports and formerly the Chief Marketing Officer and the first Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at WestJet Airlines. He leads teams responsible for all guest facing digital experiences, technology, marketing, product management, data & research to transform user experiences. He is also an Industry Professor in the Strategic Management Faculty at McMaster University where he teaches at the undergraduate, graduate level, and in The Directors College’s Innovation Governance program for Board Directors.

Linda Nazareth is an economist, a futurist and a respected authority on the future of work. As a newspaper columnist and an author, she knows how to frame things in ways that both educate and entertain and as the Senior Fellow for Economics and Population Change at think-tank the Macdonald Laurier Institute she knows what she is talking about.

John Weigelt leads Microsoft Canada’s strategic policy and technology efforts. He helps individual and organizations across Canada innovate with technology while avoiding the unintended consequences that might arise. John leads Canadian outreach for a variety of technology policies including: Economic Development, Privacy, Security, Government 3.0, Accessibility, Environmental Sustainability and Interoperability.
